Rewards Club FAQ
How do I collect points?
Every time you purchase online you will collect points! Collect points equalling 200 for every dollar your spend. Points are added automatically every time you shop!
How do rewards get redeemed?
Simply click on the Rewards icon with the gift illustration and click on the Redeem button. The code for your discount will be added to your order automatically. You can only use one coupon per order.
Do I need to be signed in to my account?
Signing into your Customer Account with us at Flourist will allow you to see your order history. To see your points balance, simply click on the Rewards icon with the gift illustration.
Did you change Rewards programs?
Yes we did! We wanted to offer a simpler program that is hopefully easier to navigate. No more losing codes. We always welcome your feedback and are here to help. Please email us with any questions at info@flourist.com.
Can I still collect points in store?
Yes! We still offer the same rewards program in store! Feel free to combine points if you wish, simply email us and we will take care of that for you.
Do my points expire?
Yes, Rewards Club points will expire eventually! Points not used within 12 months will expire. You will receive an email notification reminding you to use any points about to expire.
