This class is an introduction to making fresh pasta from scratch, specially crafted with the beginner in mind. Classes focus specifically on the benefits of creating pasta shapes using freshly milled flours.

Fresh Pasta with Flourist focuses on the techniques and tricks specifically required for creating delicious fresh pasta shapes with freshly milled Flourist flours. In this 3 1/2 hour class, you will learn a basic recipe as well as how to create different pasta shapes using both a pasta maker and pasta making tools. 

You will also enjoy a simple meal, using the pasta we make in the class. Light snacks and beverages are also provided. Wine and beer will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle. 

Included in the class price is one bag of 00 Durum Flour, one bag of Sifted Red Fife, an Adamo stainless steel pasta maker and a Flourist tote bag.

Mask wearing and proof of vaccination will be required. All Flourist staff will also be wearing masks and have been vaccinated.

For couples wishing to attend a class date together, please contact us after purchase should wish to opt-out of the included merchandise for a participant.
