We are obsessed with the endless ways our pizza dough can be enjoyed. This week we loved this Shiitake Mushroom, Gozarella + Lacinato Kale Pizza. Don't forget the Pizza Sauce.
To get the best results from our Pizza Dough, keep refrigerated until 1 hour before you plan to bake. Remove from the fridge and rest on an oiled pan for one hour before stretching the dough to use. Top with sauce, sliced mushrooms, cheese, and kale and bake in a 500 degree oven until done, about 8-10 minutes.
